Silent Meditation Weekend

It is the Autumnal Equinox…a time to sit quietly and breathe in this season’s harvest.  A time to sit quietly and reflect…receiving all the fruits of our willingness…to open our hearts and mind and receive the gifts given freely by God Himself to His Beloved Son. Please join me in this season’s Celebration!

When: Saturday & Sunday, September 24th & 25th

Where: 1150 Spruce Avenue, Chico, CA

Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm each day;  Lunch from 12:00 – 1:00pm

My intention for these two days of silent meditation is to deepen our awareness of God’s Presence through the stilling of our mind.  In alignment with our purpose, lunch will be observed in silence.  You are welcome to bring your lunch or to leave during the hour break.

You are also welcome to attend any or all of the sitting segments.  The schedule will be the same for both days.  The schedule is as follows:

1) 10:00-10:50am; 10 min bathroom/water/stretch break; 11:00-12:00pm

2) 12:00pm-1:00pm – Lunch Break

3) 1:00-2:30pm; 15 minute bathroom/water/stretch break; 2:45-4:00pm
